NAVIGATION AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 87, 1980 - SECT 63

Death of seaman abroad 
63. Section 151 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by inserting in sub-section (2) ", or the contracts of sea service
        under
which the ship's crew are serving," after " the ship's agreement"; and

(b) by inserting in sub-section (5) "or of any service" after "engagement".
