NAVIGATION AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 87, 1980 - SECT 7

7. Section 7 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in sub-section (1)
"(other than the Northern Territory)" after "the carrying of passengers or
cargo between ports in any Territory".
