NAVIGATION AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 87, 1980 - SECT 71

71. Section 191 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-section (4)
and substituting the following sub-section:



"(4) Regulations and orders giving effect to the Convention do not apply in
relation to a ship referred to in paragraph 2 (1) (a), (b), (c) or (d) to the
extent that a law of a State or of the Norther Territory makes provision
giving effect to the Convention in relation to that ship.".
