NAVIGATION AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 87, 1980 - SECT 83

83. Section 320 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-section (1) "$200" and substituting "$2,000";

   (b)  by adding at the end of sub-section (1) "or Territory"; and

(c) by inserting in sub-section (2) "or Territory" after "the State".
