NAVIGATION AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 87, 1980 - SECT 88
Courts having jurisdiction in salvage
88. Section 328 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting", and every Court
in a State having Admiralty jurisdiction," and substituting", every Court in a
State having Admiralty jurisdiction and, to the extent that the Constitution
permits, the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory and the Supreme
Court of the Northern Territory".
