NAVIGATION AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 87, 1980 - SECT 92

92. Section 332 of the Principal Act is amended-

(a) by omitting from sub-section (2) "vessels" and substituting "ships"; and

   (b)  by omitting sub-section (3) and substituting the following
        sub-section:



"(3) The provisions of this Division do not apply in relation to a ship
referred to in paragraph 2 (1) (a), (b), (c) or (d) to the extent that a law
of a State or of the Northern Territory makes provision giving effect to the
Convention in relation to that ship.".
