NAVIGATION AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 87, 1980 - SECT 93

93. Section 334 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section
substituted: Certain ships to be treated as sea-going ships

"334. Every ship that is not a ship referred to in paragraph 2 (1) (a), (b),
(c) or (d) and is not a sea-going ship shall, for the purposes of this
Division and the applied provisions of the Convention, be treated as if it
were a sea- going ship.".
