NAVIGATION AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 87, 1980 - SECT 94

94. Section 358 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section
substituted: Constitution of Courts of Marine Inquiry

"358. (1) A Court of Marine Inquiry shall be constituted by a Judge or by 2 or
more Judges.



"(2) In sub-section (1), 'Judge' means a Judge of the Federal Court of
Australia, of the Supreme Court of a State or Territory or of a County Court,
District Court or Local Court of a State specially authorized by the Governor-
General to sit as the member, or as a member, of a Court of Marine Inquiry or
of Courts of Marine Inquiry.".
