NAVIGATION AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 87, 1980 - SECT 98
Removal of master by Court
98. (1) Section 385 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-
section (1) "The High Court, or any Court having Admiralty jurisdiction," and
substituting "Any Court having Admiralty jurisdiction".
(2) The amendment of section 385 of the Principal Act made by sub-section (1)
shall not affect the hearing and determination of proceedings that were
instituted before the commencement of this section.
