NORTHERN AUSTRALIA INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITY ACT 2016 (NO. 41, 2016) - SECT 23
Presiding at Board meetings
(1) The Chair must preside at a meeting at which he or she is present.
(2) If the Chair is not present at a meeting, the members present must
appoint a member to preside.
