NATIONAL HEALTH AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 60, 1976 - SECT 36
Appeal against suspension or revocation of approval or authority.
36. (1) Section 97 of the Principal Act is repealed.
(2) The amendment made by sub-section (1) does not affect an appeal made under
section 95 of the Principal Act, but not decided, before the commencement of
this section, and that section continues to apply in relation to that appeal.
