NATIONAL HEALTH AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1978 No. 132, 1978 - SECT 6
Application by organizations for registration as medical benefits organizations
6. Section 67 of the Principal Act is amended-
(a) by omitting from sub-paragraph (i) of paragraph (c) of sub-section (2)
''medical fund benefits, or any other benefits'' and substituting ''fund
benefits''; and
(b) by omitting from sub-paragraph (i) of paragraph (c) of sub-section (4)
''medical fund benefits, or any other benefits'' and substituting ''fund
benefits''.
