NURSING HOMES AND HOSTELS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 115, 1986 - SECT 38

Certain notices to be subject to disallowance

38. Section 36A of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in subsection
(1) "under the definition of 'Government nursing home' in subsection 3 (1) or"
after "Minister".
