NATIONAL HEALTH AND HOSPITALS NETWORK ACT 2011 (NO. 9, 2011) - SECT 19

                   The Board consists of the following members:

                     (a)  the Chair of the Board;

                     (b)  not fewer than 7, and not more than 9, other members.

Note:          In this Act, Chair means the Chair of the Board and Board member means a member of the Board (including the Chair)--see section 5.
