NATIONAL PARKS AND WILDLIFE CONSERVATION ACT 1975 No. 12, 1975 - SECT 44

44. A person who, by words or conduct, falsely represents that he is a warden
or a ranger is guilty of an offence and is punishable-

   (a)  upon summary conviction-by a fine not exceeding $1,000, or
        imprisonment for a period not exceeding 6 months, or both; or

   (b)  upon conviction on indictment-by a fine not exceeding $2,000, or
        imprisonment for a period not exceeding 2 years, or both.
