NATIONAL RAIL CORPORATION AGREEMENT ACT 1992 No. 26, 1992 - SECT 15

15.(1) Money payable by the Commonwealth under the Agreement must be paid out
of money lawfully available for the purpose.

(2) Nothing in this Act (in particular, sections 6 and 14) appropriates money.
