NATIONAL RAIL CORPORATION AGREEMENT ACT 1992 No. 26, 1992 - SECT 8

8. Neither the Company, nor any of its subsidiaries:

   (a)  is, or represents, the Crown; or

   (b)  is an instrumentality or agency of the Crown; or

   (c)  is entitled to any immunity or privilege of the Crown; or

   (d)  is a public authority for any purpose (for example, the purposes of
        the Corporations Law or of paragraph 23(d) of the
        Income Tax Assessment Act 1936).
