Commonwealth Numbered Acts Commonwealth Numbered Acts(1) Evidence of anything said, or any act done, in a mediation, conciliation or case appraisal of a dispute before the National Sports Tribunal is not admissible:
(a) in any court; or
(b) in any arbitration of the dispute by the National Sports Tribunal.
Exception
(2) Paragraph (1)(b) does not apply in relation to particular evidence if the parties to the arbitration agree to the evidence being admissible at the arbitration.
