NATIONAL SPORTS TRIBUNAL ACT 2019 (NO. 68, 2019) - SECT 43

Failure to comply with notice

Offence

             (1)  A person commits an offence if:

                     (a)  the person is given a notice under section 42; and

                     (b)  the person fails to comply with the notice.

Penalty:  Imprisonment for 12 months.

Civil penalty

             (2)  A person contravenes this subsection if:

                     (a)  the person is given a notice under section 42; and

                     (b)  the person fails to comply with the notice.

Civil penalty:          60 penalty units.
