- (1)
- The Commission may constitute committees for the purpose of assisting the
Commission in the performance of its functions and the exercise of its powers.
- (2)
- A committee may be constituted:
(a) wholly by members; or
(b) wholly by persons who are not members; or
(c) partly by members and partly by other persons.
- (3)
- The terms and
conditions of appointment of members of a committee, and the
procedures under which a committee is to operate, are to be as
determined by the Commission from time to time.
- (4)
- Remuneration and allowances (if any) to which a member of a committee is
entitled as such a member are to be paid out of the money of the Commission.
