OMBUDSMAN ACT 1976 No. 181, 1976 - SECT 30
Superannuation.
30. For the purposes of the Superannuation Act 1976, the removal under
section 28 of this Act of an Ombudsman from office following his suspension
from office on the ground of physical or mental incapacity shall be deemed to
be retirement on the ground of invalidity.
