OMBUDSMAN ACT 1976 No. 181, 1976 - SECT 37

Protection from civil actions.

37. Civil proceedings do not lie against a person in respect of loss, damage
or injury of any kind suffered by another person by reason of-

   (a)  the making of a complaint to the Ombudsman under this Act; or

   (b)  the making of a statement to, or the furnishing of a document or
        information to, a person, being an officer within the meaning of
        section 35, for the purposes of this Act.
