OFF-SHORE INSTALLATIONS (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 1982 No. 51, 1982 - SECT 60

60. Section 18 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by inserting after paragraph (1) (aa) the following paragraph:

''(ab) Every person who is on board an installation subject to quarantine;'';

   (b)  by inserting after paragraph (2) (aa) the following paragraph:

''(ab) All goods which are on board an installation subject to quarantine;'';

   (c)  by omitting from paragraph (2) (b) ''and''; and

   (d)  by adding at the end of sub-section (2) the following word and
        paragraph:

''; and (d) All animals which are on board an Australian installation or an
installation that is in Australian waters for the purpose of being attached to
the Australian seabed, being animals which arrived at the installation
otherwise than on board a vessel.''.
