OCCUPATIONAL SUPERANNUATION (REASONABLE BENEFIT LIMITS) AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 61, 1990 - SECT 7
Pre-1 July 88 funding credits and debits
7. Section 15D of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end the
following subsection:
"(14) In this section: 'fund' includes a scheme for the payment of benefits
upon retirement or death, being a scheme that is constituted by or under a law
of the Commonwealth or of a State or Territory.".
