OVERSEAS STUDENTS CHARGE AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 138, 1986 - SECT 9

9. Regulations made for the purposes of the Principal Act and in force
immediately before the commencement of this Act shall, to the extent that
those regulations are consistent with the Principal Act as amended by this
Act, continue in force as if they had been made under the Principal Act as so
amended.
