PRIVACY ACT 1988 No. 119, 1988 - SECT 54

54. This Division applies to a determination under section 52 that:

   (a)  dismisses an IPP complaint; or

   (b)  includes a declaration that the respondent has engaged in conduct that
        constitutes an interference with the privacy of the complainant
        because it breaches an Information Privacy Principle.
