PRIVACY ACT 1988 No. 119, 1988 - SECT 78

78. The Commissioner shall, after complying with this Part in relation to the
application, make:

   (a)  such determination under section 72 as he or she considers
        appropriate; or

   (b)  a written determination dismissing the application.
