PATENTS AMENDMENT ACT 1989 No. 96, 1989 - SECT 10

Continued operation of Part IX of Principal Act 
10. (1) Part IX of the Principal Act continues to apply to any proceedings
that were pending under that Part on 3 June 1988.

(2) Any proceedings that:

   (a)  were commenced under Part IX of the Principal Act after 3 June 1988;
        and

   (b)  are pending at the commencement of this section; cease upon that
        commencement.
