PIPELINE AUTHORITY AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 109, 1980 - SECT 14

14. (1) Section 19 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from
sub-section (2) "as determined by the Authority" and substituting "such as are
determined by the Authority with the approval of the Public Service Board".

(2) A determination made before the date of commencement of this section by
the Authority under section 19 of the Principal Act, being a determination
that had not been revoked before that date, has effect on and after that date
as if it had been duly made under section 19 of the Principal Act as amended
by this Act, but may be varied or revoked by a determination made under that
section as so amended.
