PIPELINE AUTHORITY AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 109, 1980 - SECT 19

19. Section 27 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting sub-section (1) and substituting the following sub-
        section:



"(1) The moneys of the Authority may be applied by the Authority-

   (a)  in payment or discharge of the costs, expenses and other obligations
        of the Authority under this Act; and

   (b)  in payment of remuneration and allowances payable to any person under
        this Act, but not otherwise."; and

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (a) of sub-section (2) "fixed".
