PETROLEUM AND MINERALS AUTHORITY ACT 1973 No. 43, 1974 - SECT 24

24. (1) The Authority may, by instrument under the seal of the Authority,
delegate to a member or to an officer or employee of the Authority, either
generally or otherwise as provided in the instrument of delegation, all or any
of its powers or functions under this Act, except this power of delegation.

(2) The power or function so delegated shall be exercised and performed by the
delegate in accordance with the instrument of delegation.

(3) A delegation under this section is revocable at will and does not prevent
the exercise of a power or the performance of a function by the Authority.

(4) A delegation under this section continues in force notwithstanding a
change in the membership of the Authority.
