PETROLEUM AND MINERALS AUTHORITY ACT 1973 No. 43, 1974 - SECT 27

27. Nothing in this Act prevents the making of an industrial award, order,
determination or agreement under any Act (other than the Public Service
Arbitration Act 1920-1972) in relation to officers or employees of the
Authority or affects the operation of any such award, order, determination or
agreement in relation to those officers or employees.
