POST AND TELEGRAPH ACT 1974 No. 61, 1974 - SECT 13

13. Section 32 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end thereof
the following sub-section:-



"(3) Postal articles comprising postcards or correspondence enclosed in
envelopes, being postcards or envelopes issued by the Department and
appropriately marked, for purposes connected with the services provided by the
Department under this Act, including the notification of changes of address
and telephone number, may be transmitted free by post for delivery within
Australia.".
