POSTAL AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS AMENDMENT ACT 1983 No. 147, 1983 - SECT 21

21. Section 104 of the Principal Act is amended-

         (a)  by omitting from sub-section (1) ''by post''; and


   (b)  by inserting in sub-section (2) '', by courier service or by
electronic mail service'' after ''by post''.
