POSTAL AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS AMENDMENT ACT 1983 No. 147, 1983 - SECT 4

4. Section 9 of the Principal Act is amended-

         (a)  by omitting from paragraph (3) (d) ''but not required for the
purposes of the Commission''; and

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (3) (e) ''the use of which is not for the
        time being required by the Commission''.
