POSTAL AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMMISSIONS (TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS) AMENDMENT ACT 1977 No. 95, 1977 - SECT 3

Promotions of officers during transitional period

3. Section 20 of the Postal and Telecommunications Commissions (Transitional
Provisions) Act 1975*2* is amended by omitting from sub-sections (2) and (3)
''For the purposes of sub-section (1)'' and substituting ''While this section
continues in force''.
