PLANT BREEDER'S RIGHTS ACT 1994 No. 110, 1994 - SECT 25

Right to apply for PBR is personal property

25.(1) The right of a breeder of a plant variety to apply for PBR is personal
property and is capable of assignment and of transmission by will or by
operation of law.

(2) An assignment of a right to apply for PBR must be in writing signed by or
on behalf of the assignor.
