PLANT BREEDER'S RIGHTS ACT 1994 No. 110, 1994 - SECT 36

36.(1) A person may, at any reasonable time, inspect an application for PBR in
a plant variety (including any detailed description of the plant variety given
in support of the application) or an objection lodged in respect of that
application (including that detailed description).

(2) A person is entitled, on payment of such fee as is prescribed, to be given
a copy of an application for PBR in a plant variety, of an objection to such
an application, or of a detailed description of the plant variety.
