PLANT BREEDER'S RIGHTS ACT 1994 No. 110, 1994 - SECT 47

47.(1) The Secretary must, as soon as possible after granting PBR to a person,
give public notice of the grant in the Plant Varieties Journal.

(2) The Secretary must, as soon as possible after the making of a declaration
that a plant variety is an essentially derived variety of another
plant variety, give public notice of the making of the declaration in the
Plant Varieties Journal.
