PLANT BREEDER'S RIGHTS ACT 1994 No. 110, 1994 - SECT 61

61.(1) The Registrar must keep a register, to be known as the Register of
Plant Varieties, at a place approved by the Secretary.

(2) The Registrar must cause a copy of the Register to be maintained in each
State or Territory (other than the State or Territory where the Register is
required to be kept) at the principal office of the Department in that State
or Territory and at such other place (if any) in that State or Territory as
the Secretary directs.
