PLANT BREEDER'S RIGHTS ACT 1994 No. 110, 1994 - SECT 81

Definitions 
81. In this Part:

"commencing day" means the day on which, in accordance with section 2, this
Act commences;

"old Act" means the Plant Variety Rights Act 1987.
