PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT (CONSEQUENTIAL AND TRANSITIONAL) AMENDMENT ACT 1999 - SECT 7
Rights under Part IV of the old Act—second tier
- (1)
- A second-tier person is entitled to be engaged as an APS employee, in
accordance with the regulations, within the time limits prescribed by the
regulations.
- (2)
- Regulations made for the purposes of subsection (1) may prescribe
exceptions to the entitlement.
