PRAWN EXPORT PROMOTION ACT 1995 No. 14, 1995 - SECT 13

13.(1) Before entering into:

   (a)  an agreement under subsection 11(1); or

   (b)  an agreement under subsection 12(1) with an organisation other than
        the prescribed industry organisation; the Secretary is to consult with
        the prescribed industry organisation in relation to the proposed
        agreement.

(2) A failure to comply with subsection (1) does not invalidate an agreement.
