PRAWN EXPORT PROMOTION ACT 1995 No. 14, 1995 - SECT 24

Appointment of authorised persons 
24. The Secretary may, in writing:

   (a)  appoint a person employed by, or in the service of, a collecting
        authority or a collecting organisation to be an authorised person for
        the purposes of section 21; and

   (b)  appoint an officer of the Australian Public Service to be an
        authorised person for the purposes of a specified provision of this
        Act including section 21.
