PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE INCENTIVES ACT 1997 No. 55, 1997 - SECT 4.5
Refusal to register
(1) If the Commission refuses to register the applicant, it must give written
notice of the refusal, together with reasons for the refusal, to:
(a) the applicant; and
(b) the health fund that issued the policy.
(2) The applicant is taken, for the purposes of this Act, to be registered in
respect of the policy for the financial year in question if the Commission
does not give notice of refusal within 14 days after being notified under
section 4-4 of the application in question.
