PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE INCENTIVES ACT 1997 No. 55, 1997 - SECT 4.9
Variation of registration
(1) A health fund must notify the Commission if the type of cover provided by
a private health insurance policy, issued by the health fund and in respect of
which a person is registered, is varied. Note: For type of cover, see the
Dictionary.
(2) On receiving such a notice, the Commission must vary the details of the
registration accordingly.
