PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE INCENTIVES ACT 1997 No. 55, 1997 - SECT 7.4
Notice of Minister's decision
(1) The Minister must notify the applicant in writing, within 28 days of the
decision, whether the application has been approved or rejected.
(2) The notice must set out the Minister's reasons for rejecting the
application if it has been rejected.
