PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE INCENTIVES ACT 1998 No. 121, 1998 - SECT 11.25
Refusal to register
(1) If the HIC refuses to register you, it must give written notice of the
refusal, together with the reasons for the refusal, to you.
(2) You are taken, for the purposes of this Act, to be registered in respect
of the policy for the financial year if the HIC does not give notice of
refusal within 14 days after receiving the notice under section 11-20 from the
* health fund to which you applied for registration.
Note: Refusals to
register are reviewable under section 19-10.
