PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE INCENTIVES ACT 1998 No. 121, 1998 - SECT 8.5

Notification requirements--claimants (1) If you have made a claim under section 6-5 for a payment of an amount and:

you must, within 30 days after the occurrence of the matter, event, circumstance or change, give written notice to the HIC containing particulars of it.
