PRIMARY INDUSTRIES AND ENERGY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1992 No. 59, 1992 - SECT 29

29. Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in subsection (1)
the following definitions:

" 'leviable amount', in relation to a levy year, means:

   (a)  $50; or

   (b)  if, before the commencement of the levy year, another amount is
        prescribed in relation to that year, that prescribed amount;
'leviable weight', in relation to a levy year, means:

   (a)  15 tonnes; or

   (b)  if, before the commencement of the levy year, another weight is
        prescribed in relation to that year, that prescribed weight;".
